Design
Ferall Racks has an efficient in-house technical office that handles every project from the analysis phase through to completion.
The design process complies with the most recent applicable standards, whose continuous evolution is closely monitored.
Ferall Racks has always been attentive to developments in hardware and software technology. Every project is developed using three-dimensional drawings, giving clients an immediate and realistic visualisation of the installation.

Manufacturing
Ferall Racks S.R.L. has directed significant energy towards optimising production cycles, resulting in accelerated processes throughout.
All raw materials, certified to standard UNI EN 10204 by the manufacturer, arrive directly at our plant in coils or strips. The first stage of the production process is profiling: automatic lines, consisting of strip punching and profiling machines, punch and shape the sheet metal to obtain the desired profile.
The design, manufacture and maintenance of the profiling machines for the full range of uprights, beams and cross-members are handled by our in-house team, which has over thirty years of experience in the sector.
The next stage is welding, carried out both manually and using state-of-the-art robotic island stations in MAG continuous-wire process.

Installation
Assembly of our structures is carried out exclusively by in-house specialist staff, ensuring quality and consistency throughout every stage of installation.
The same team handles after-sales technical support and carries out any routine or extraordinary maintenance work requested by the client.
All personnel operate in full compliance with current health and safety regulations and the prevention principles established under Legislative Decree 81/2008.
