2.1 Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following data: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), product of interest (optional) and message.

These data are processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where necessary, to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2 Browsing data (analytics cookies)

Subject to your explicit consent, we use the following analytics services:

• Vercel Analytics — collects anonymous data on pages visited, approximate geographic origin and device type. It does not use identifying cookies and is privacy-friendly by design.
• Vercel Speed Insights — collects page performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). Data are aggregated and anonymous.

Data collected via the contact form are transmitted through Resend (Resend Inc., USA) solely for the purpose of forwarding your enquiry to our inbox. Resend acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and provides an adequate level of protection.

Analytics data are processed by Vercel Inc. (USA), which provides appropriate safeguards through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Data are never sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

• Contact form data: retained for 12 months from receipt, unless needed to manage an ongoing contractual relationship.
• Analytics data: retained by Vercel in accordance with their own retention policies (typically 30–90 days in aggregated form).
